The Effect of Systematic Nursing on Improving Sleep Quality and Postoperative Comfort in the Patients with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Treatment

Objective By systematic nursing to improve the sleep quality and postoperative comfort in the patients with percutaneous coronary intervention treatment.Methods 1 602 patients undergoing elective percutaneous coronary intervention treatment were assessed,the assessment contents included general condition of patients,mental status,sleep status,and effect factors,etc.To analyze the factors affecting the sleep quality and postoperative comfort,there were two main reasons:first,the preoperative factors,and second,postoperative factors.Based on the assessment,to develop care plans and implement nursing.Results Sleep quality of 1 602 patients was improved from varying degrees.Conclusion The effectively systematic nursing improves sleep quality and postoperative comfort of the patients,promotes early recovery of the patients,promotes the wound healing and reduces the complications.
