MATLAB Implementation of Branch Vector Matrix Algorithm for Searching Feedback Loops

To search all feedback loops of a system is the basis of system dynamics model analysis.Compared with some normal methods of searching feedback loops,the author obtained that the matrix algorithm was superior to the determinant algorithm in terms of time complexity.This paper proposed a MATLAB implementation algorithm in computer for searching all feedback loops based on the branch vector matrix of rate variable fundamental in-tree and strongly simplified rate variable fundamental in-tree.It analyzed the complexity of the algorithm and presented an illustrative example.
