Taking into account LDAP directory services and relational databases have their own advantages in the distribution,the query efficiency,transaction processing and data changes,etc.A data integrate model of hierarchical mapping with LDAP directory services and RDB is constructed.The three-tier mapping in data types,data structures and operating statements with LDAP and relational database are built.The method of attribute mapping is designed.This method extracts the attributes and filter from user request to make the LDAP request directly mapped to SQL operations.Data integration is achieved.This model is applied to distributed comprehensive evaluation model-base directory management system,the feasibility and the effectiveness of the model are demonstrated.
