Color Image Watermarking Based on Amplitude Modulation

This paper presents a color image watermarking scheme based on amplitude modulation.A binary sequence watermark is embedded into the spatial domain of the host image by changing the amplitude of the blue channels, and the embedding position are also selected randomly which is controlled by a secret key.In order to improve the robustness, each bit of the watermark is embedded into multiply positions which are irrelevant to each other.A fixed binary sequence is added at the head of the payload watermark as a part of the embedded watermark sequence which can make an adaptive threshold in watermark extraction. The watermark extraction needs no original image.Experimental results show good performance at resisting common signal processing and geometrical attacks.
