with the rapid development of the network in 20th century,it changes normal social life.The network made an important part in social society.At the same time,the network brings some reverse side.The university students are a big part using network which becomes addicted to it.Based on the bad aspect of addiction on network,the paper analyzes the reason of that,especially in harmfulness.Enhancing to construct the university network and manager the security of the network,teach the students secure network information and let them establish the good target.
