Time-delay Estimation for Random Amplitude Polynomial Phase Signals
XU Han-lin · Electronic Information Warfare Technology · 2006
Time-delay estimation problem for a class of nonstationary signals with random amplitude polynomial phase signals is explored.Imposing higher order cyclostationarity of these signals,a novel approach of time-delay estimation based on higher order cyclic-moment is proposed. The method is easy to implement, and yield precise estimation. The algorithms are theoretically tolerant to a large class of noises including additive stationary non-Gaussian and Gaussian noise.Simulation examples supporting the theory are provided.
