It is described the basic concepts and principles of CBR and RBR,combining the characteristics of Chinese domain knowledge,improved the traditional rules that through introduced the fuzzy logic,proposed a fuzzy rules reasoning mechanism to express knowledge,get knowledge and reasoning,and proposed a reasoning mechanism that integrated CBR and fuzzy rule-based reasoning,used to solve the actual problems of medical knowledge.
