Take a Scie-tech Abstract Write seriously and Improve the Quality of a Journal Publication

Some errors in meteorological papers of scei-tech thesis and its effects on information spreading are analyzed,the importance of abstracts writing are also described again.Furthermore,some measures and advices on how to improve writing of abstracts and journal quality are put forward.They are as follows(1)training classes should be held for authors and editors;(2)editors need strengthen study and accumulation of knowledge,and should be strict with English abstracts.(3)some scholars of talents with high levels need be absorbed into editor group.(4)Some workshop often need to be held to discuss some problems which are often appeared in the scie-tech papers.
