High efficient FFT(IFFT) algorithm is a key technology in OFDM system. In this paper, based on a special 16-point FFT algorithm, an implementation method suitable for low cost FPGA chipsets is presented.In this method,rotators are composed of only shifters and adders and can take the place of multipliers.
