Desig of High Unity-Gain Bandwidth CMOS Operational Amplifier

A fully differential operational amplifier with high unity-gain bandwidth was designed and implemented.Structure of folded-cascode operational amplifier,cascode bias circuit and switched-capacitor common-mode feedback(SC CMFB)circuit were discussed in detail.Simulation based on CSMC's 0.5 μm DPTM 5 V mixed-signal process technology showed that the operational amplifier had a DC open-gain of 64 dB and a unity-gain bandwidth of 155 MHz.The operational amplifier was used in an A/D converter for verification,and the specification met the design target.
