The research on TCP-friendly congestion control

In this paper, we present a TCP-friendly flow control algorithm based on dynamic AIMD (Additive Increase Multiply Decrease) scheme. This algorithm can not only provide the flow control scheme for real-time service, but also fulfil the fairness between RTP flows and TCP flows. Additionally, the RTP flow enhanced by the algorithm has a low packet loss.
