Design and implementation of Yellow River Mouths’ GIS

Driven by the Yellow River Mouths’ management department daily affairs,it concluded and summarized their management affairs,the system’s overall framework is designed and 3S integration solutions are introduced,then the key techniques about database accessing adapter,automatic extracting isohyets and different themes exchange are introduced.Finally,it focused on the specific functional modules declaration.This research achieved the first management information system of the Yellow River Mouth management departments based on 3S integrated technology.
