Applications of WebGIS and 3D visualization in the management of the water supply network system

This paper discusses two problems in the information management system of the water supply network system,and suggests a set of WebGIS and 3D visualization-based solutions in which MapXtreme is used for the implementation of networking and OpenGL for 3D visualization.
