The Technology of the Fractal's Encrpt and Inencrpt

This paper gives an application method about the theories of the Fractal in the information security technique.We create the Fractal picture with a method of the Newton,through the transformation of confusion,associate it with Encrpt and Decrypt,construct the Encrypt and the Decrypt to the nonlinear model.Combine information security technique,we analyze the theories of the Fractal'application in the information security technique and its applied foreground.
