By analyzing the statistical histogram of image lack of spatial information, introduces the spatial color histogram as image features, and further analyses the defect of Euclidean distance, introduces the method of spatial color histogram based dynamic perceived similarity measure, and experiments show that this method is superior then the method of Euclidean distance.
