Network and information security contingency plan is the key to deal with the emergency incidents of information security effectively.Combining with the practice of working out the contingency plan for network and information security in Zhejiang Provincial Local Taxation Bureau,the existing problems and difficulties in preparing the plan are analyzed,and the new idea of the plan is put forward for practical use.
