Research on Fault Analysis and Preventive Measures of 110kV Main Transformer

The operation modes and test results before 110kV transformer fault in a substation are introduced.The reason of the fault is analyzed considering results of life cover of transformer in transformer plant.Based on fault reason,the measures of improvement of ability to withstant short circuit are presented.
