Implemet of Secure Data Transmission Based on XML Encryption

Introduces a solution of secure data exchange, in view of the security request for restricted data which is transmitted on the public network and based on the standard of XML. The solution based on the XML Encryption Syntax and Processing and the XML Signature Syntax and Processing. Discusses how to realize the XML encryption and decryption with 3DES as well as to realize key encryption and decryption with RSA, discusses the process of security key exchange. According to the solution proposed, illuminats the technical details about the XML secure data exchange, using the example code edited by C# language, in Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. The practice application proves that this solution is effective.
