The authors discussed how to design the accurate and scientific experiments in the case of the experiment about different detergents on the dissolution of the red blood cell membrane,combining with our pondering and thinking in the experimental teaching.This design will help the students to get the perceptual knowledge about the discrepancy of diverse detergents on the dissolution of cell membrane,and also help students to enhance their capabilities in problem-analyzing and solving.
