Problems about illustrations in scientific articles and methods to deal with them

In order to resolve the problem that many illustrations in scientific articles can not be modified directly, it classifies and analyzes the common illustrations, presents methods to modify kinds of computer graphics with word97, and uses examples to show how to modify graphics created in software such as autoCAD, Matlab, Flash .etc in word 97, so as to meet editing and typesetting requirements. These instances show many illustrations can be modified directly, can show authors illustrations formats and make them resolve questions about illustrations by themselves, and can reduce editing work and decrease editing and publishing time.
