Scheme Design and Application of Load Balance Technology

As the traffic and data flow is rapidly increased, the hardware arithmetic capability of information network server must be strengthened. If solve these problems by upgrading equipment, it will result in great waste of resources, therefore, it is adopted with load balance mechanism to make comprehensive use of current resource.
