How to Realize the Quick Transition of Data with Figures Defined by Microsoft Excel

This paper introduces the concrete steps of defining and storing figures by using Microsoft Excel software and how to use the defined figures to carry out the quick transition of various figures from a set of data,and points out that grasping this method can increase the speed of data processing and figure making in the writing of sci-tech paper.
