Methods of soliciting and processing manuscripts for sci-tech journals

Soliciting manuscripts for sci-tech journals is very important for the editorial offices.Editors should take an active part in soliciting manuscripts,extensively report edge-cutting research achievements of 973 projects and relevant fields,and enrich the channels of paper soliciting.Subsequently,detailed methods and skills of soliciting contributions for sci-tech journals are presented and some measures for properly processing the solicited papers are proposed with some case reports.
