Blind Separation of Nonstationary Signals Based on Wigner-Ville Distribution

Most of blind source separation methods are restricted to nongaussian, stationary and mutually independent source signals, which may cause many problems in practical applications, because generally real natural signals do not suffice to these conditions. In this paper we propose a blind source method based on Wigner Ville distribution, which can separate nonstationary signals effectively.
