A Study on the Rating Identification of Files

Based on the previous studies on the file management and hierarchical classification,the article gives a definition to rating identification,indicating that a collection of permanent files for identification is more reasonable and has always been the core and the end of it.According to the theory of archival science,it also provides the general principles and related criteria for the rating identification of files.Finally,the article discusses some issues involved and proposes some countermeasures.
