Study on Project Evaluation Model Based on BP Neural Network

Project evaluation is an important work in project implementation process,it can't be separated from project evaluation in declaration,implementation,and inspection of a project.Project evaluation is complex and professional,and it is highly subjective to the evaluation processes and results.The BP neural network has some characteristics such as strong fault-tolerant,high ability of distributing and conducting information,self-learning,adaptive,nonlinear mapping and so on.It is suit for the environment that the reason rules are uncertain or non-linear.Its characteristic is as same as human thinking.BP neural network in engineering,management,and economic fields are widely used.In the project evaluation,it is now largely subjective assessment with the field experts,which continue to be the main findings of program evaluation.The assessment of the objectivity and impartiality will inevitably impact.the project evaluation informationization is the direction and trend.It is practical significance to design the basic idea of the general model of project evaluation based on an assessment of the general process and the BP neural network.So application values for the evaluation model based on BP neural network are concerned about.
