Approach to Estimating and Revising the Value of Information Rate Distortion Funtion R(D)

In the case of lower precision,fistly,the approximate value of S is estimated.Then the precision is regulated to revise the S value.Finally,the approximate value of information rate distortion funtion R(D) is computed.
