Assessment and selection of project portfolio

From the perspective of the internal and external environments of the business and on the basis of the characteristic of project portfolio,this paper establishes portfolio evaluation index system and combines the projects that are through the initial choice,being the independent portfolio projects,Then using Dempster-Shafer theory to evaluate the enterprise'comprehensive contribution value of portfolio project, preliminarily screening projects or project portfolio.In view of the project portfolio have a variety of constraits in the process of implementing,this paper establishes a project portfolio selection model by applying 0-1programming and solves it by branch and bound algorithm,then getting the optimal combination of the implementation of the projects.Finally,an example is given to prove that the evaluation index system and evaluating method are both effective and practical.
