Features of Isomap and its application to DNA microarray data analysis

DNA microarray data is non-linear,therefore it will bring bias or errors when processing DNA microarray data using linear data analysis methods.Isomap is a novel non-linear dimension reducing technique.In this research,we gave a comprehensive analysis to the features of Isomap and pointed out what should be noted when applying Isomap to DNA microarray data analysis.
