With the fast development of computer network technology,while it greatly pushed the economic and social development,it also brought new challenge to the copyright protection in the field of copyright.To strength the copyright protection under network environment not only is the demand of times development,but embodies the interest balance.To make sure the common responsibility of the provider of network service,perfect the collective management system of copyright,strength the network moral construction are feasible and beneficial measure to strength the copyright protection under the network environment.
