On the Covering Fuzzy Rough Sets Model

This paper is devoted to the study of the covering fuzzy rough set model.The upper and(lower) approximation operators are defined with their basic properties being discussed.It is proved that the set of all lower approximation of fuzzy sets consists of a fuzzy topology.Also,the axiomatic (description) of covering fuzzy rough set model is given.
