This article adopts B/S mode and dynamic Web page technology,designing and implementing the No-paper Examining and Approving Report System(NEARS).This system is independent of platform.The advance of examining and approving can be queried at any moment.Nay,the maintenance and upgrade can be accomplished in the server.Through the use in some tax-departments,this system is testified reasonable,convenient,safe,and stabile.
