QUANTITATIVE AND COMPREHENSIVE STUDY ON RESOURCES OPTIMUM ALLOCATION FOR PUBLISHING HOUSES

With the advancement in technology and the increase in the amount of information,that how to explore past information to optimize allocation of ISBN resources has become an important problem in the publishing industry.Based on the analysis of current literature data and the characteristics of publishing house,this paper,by adopting AHP and time series method,first explores factors that affect the allocation efficiency of ISBN.Then,the allocation efficiency of every course is worked out by deploying Fuzzy multi-objective model.At last,aimed at maximum allocation efficiency,linear programming model and quadratic programming model are formed to quantitatively optimize allocation of ISBN.
