Study on the Knowledge Fusion Technology in the Estimated Ship Threat Situation

Through the fusion of fuzzy logic,pattern theory and Bayesian Network,knowledge representation and reasoning were completed effectively.From the situation awareness to situation understanding and then the situation forecast,an accurate and reasonable result were obtained for decision-making.Finally,MFC,CLIPS and Hugin Expert were used jointly in the realization of vessel threat situation assessment system programming.Based on the simulation analysis and verification,the performance of the system was evaluated in this paper.
