Star Total Coloring and Star Edge Coloring of the Windmill Graph

The star edge coloring and the star total coloring of the windmill graph are studied by means of exhaustion method and combination analysis method. The star edge chromatic number and the star total chromatic number of the windmill graph are gained by means of construction specific coloring in the paper.
