Analysis on the Moral Hazard in Farmers' Organic Food Production

According to the investigation on the farmers producing organic food,this paper reveals that the incidence of moral hazard of farmers producing organic food is as high as 9.38%.Econometrical analysis shows that the incidence is significantly influenced by such factors as the production area,whether the farmers attending the safety training for agricultural products,signing contracts with agro-industrialization organizations,receiving technical guidance for agricultural production,the severity of governmental supervision and farmers' familiarity with organic food.
