Research on Unconventional Emergency Scenario Model Based on Knowledge Element

In this paper,we build scenario metamodel by exacting scenario factors and relations of scenario factors,and then build scenario conceptual model based on knowledge elements in the specific area.The specific scenario decision makers faced with is an instance of the conceptual model.The research not only enable the scenario simulation through computers,but also provide the information needed to decision makers,which will reduce the uncertainty the decision makers faced with.The research will provide the basis of unconventional emergency response based on scenario.
