Developing and application of management information system for small watershed improvement planning

There are more than two thousands small basins with a water collecting area of twenty to one hundred square kilometers in Zhejiang. A lot of information and data about regulation planning and management must be treated by high scientific and technical means. The management information system for small basin improvement planning is a new technique developed under the basis of GIS technique and used in more than twenty counties.
