The Principles and Its Troubleshooting of the x-servo Subsystem in the KS 780 Dicing System

The dissertation of this investigates how the x-servo system in the KS 780 dicing system works and it also indicates that feedback information could think of as a core during doing learning and troubleshooting for a practical servo system. Some examples mentioned in the dissertation also emphasized the importance of feedbacks.
