Opinions on the Definition of the Computer Crime

The thesis firstly clarifies the two mistakes that if the computer is used as the implement or becomes the criminal object the case will shapes the computer crime. Then it emphasizes the analysis to the primary characteristics of the computer crime and on this base gives the computer crime a rational definition.
