Implementation of flexible assignment of user rights on MPLS VPN based on L2TP

The VPN rights of users in MPLS VPN network is based on their location. It is not flexible. So, the MPLS VPN technology is combined with the L2TP protocol, and the users in RADIUS authentication server are created. It makes the VPN rights of users independent of their location.
