Jianping Zeng · Yuhang jice jishu · 2004

A design of CMOS bandgap voltage reference (BGR) with high PSRR and low power dissipation is described. The cascode current mirror is used in the circuit, and the output of the OPAMP is used for the bias of itself and to drive the next stage. CSMC 0.6 μm 2 layers n-well CMOS mixture signal model and Cadence Spectre tool are used for simulation. The simulation results show that the output voltage varies lower than 1.6 mV and 0.13 mV with temperature range of -50℃ to 150℃ and the supply voltage range from 4.5 V to 5.5 V respectively. The low frequency PSRR is higher than 75 dB and the maximum supply current is 10 μA with the 5 V supply. This circuit is adapted for low power, high stability integrated temperature sensors.
