Attaching Importance to References in Rewising Drafts of Academic Periodicals

As an important part of a research paper,the reference is not only an expression of its auther's rigorous approach to scholarly research but an important factor for appraising its scholarly level.Editors should pay full attention to the role of references in evaluating drafts.They should,according to the specific content,inquire into the root and find out relevant information so as to make an exact comment on the research paper.
