Review of Electronic Evidence from the Perspective of Criminal Procedure Law

There are many difficulties about authenticity,relevance and balancing of interests to confirm in review of criminal electronic evidence.Due to the different value goal in criminal and civil procedure law,it should be combined with the evidence rule of different procedure law in the review of electronic evidence.Review of evidence ability includes the authenticity,relevance and legitimacy.Review of Probative value includes reliability(degree of authenticity and integrity)and adequacy(intrinsically linked degree to the fact to be proven).
