Design and Implementation of Slot Synchronization Algorithm in WCDMA

In order to satisfy the technical requirements of third-party handhold detection system based WCDMA for targeted identification,achieving slot synchronization high-speed and accurate is the key.The slot synchronization algorithm in WCDMA is summarized in this paper.The deficiency of the maximum likelihood algorithm in slot synchronization is analyzed and the effect of frequency offset is fully considered.A kind of slot synchronization scheme based on PSC searching associated with frequency offset compensation is designed.By means of real-time processing the WCDMA system based USRP,the result reveals that the algorithm overcomes system frequency offset successfully and implement slot synchronization precisely.
