Development and Application of Water Resources Evaluation System Based on ArcGIS——A Case Study in Qian'an City

Geographic information system has the formidable spatial data management and analysis ability,but lacks of the support of the specialized model in the water resources management.This paper unifies water resources evaluation of Qian’an city and elaborates the key technologies about development of water resources evaluation system such as development environment,development pattern and so on based on ArcGIS.The system,which is based on soft platform of ArcGIS ArcObjects component,is the integration system of GIS general functions and specialized application function and possesses the function of data layer edition,spatial analysis,special chart manufacture,water resource evaluation and so on.
