Knowledge and Technology for Intelligently Predicting and Diagnosing Equipment Failure

There existed some limitations between the monitoring instrument of equipment failure diagnosis and the computer-centered failure diagnosis.On the basis of this phenomenon, the technology for predicting and diagnosing failure was being studied.Some methods and important factors for intelligently diagnosing failure were analyzed,and so was the framework of expert repository studied in the article.The inference structure of fuzzy nerve network for intelligently diagnosing failure was set up.The expert repository and fuzzy nerve network inference can actualize the intelligent diagnosis and prediction of equipment failure.
