The Research of the Investigation Countermeasure on Computer Economic Crime Cases

This paper based on the main characteristics of computer economic crimes,elaborates in detail the issues that the public security organs should pay attention to when developing the investigation countermeasure from three aspects.In order to be able to accurately determine the goals of investigation and forensic in cases,develop an effective search strategy and seizure the items involved in cases reasonably.It provides some guidance to improve the detection efficiency of the computer economic crime cases.
