Game Analysis on Stock Issue Regulation and Selection of Registered System

By applying the game theory,this paper analyzes the issue system of stocks in China.It analyzes various factors that effect stock i sue regulation and studies the selection of registered system with a static game model and a dynamic game model.Conclusions include corresponding countermeasures thereon.
