The Reliability of Single-Ring Type Sealing Oil System of Generators

The single-ring type sealing oil system's loop build-up,of QFR-400-2-20 type generators,is being described,the flow and function of each loop is analyzed and concisely compared with the double-ring type sealing oil system.Reliability models of the normal running loop and the emergency running loop are set-up, and a preliminary analysis performed,for the oil-hydrogen differential pressure control unit,by the FMECA analyzing method.Cases of generator's oil-influx accidents are dealt with by the fault tree analysis(FTA) method.The addition of an oil level alarm sounding device,to be fixed at the generator's base,is proposed.
